Just amazing series of videos by You Dr Pikos.. I just watched this series of videos today(15th sept- 15) and coincidentally you have also posted another case ON YOUR fACEBOOK page, managing horizontal defect in posterior mandible on left side by ridge splitting, green stick fracturing, 2 horizontal bicortical screws and Mineross. Over these 5 years two major things which have changed for better are 1st)) Piezo Surgery 2nd)) PRGF/PRF.. I learnt a lot from both the cases Sir.. Thank You for sharing and Teaching..
