Dear Alper in my humble opinion there are two aspects overestimated in relation to nerve mobilization techniques. On one hand its difficulty, honestly by using piezo devices is a much easier procedure than it was, on the other hand, its complications rates, they are rare and very well tolerated for the patient. In my experience all my patient had total recovery after 12 weeks ( talking about sensorial disturbances). The majority, in fact, had normal perception the same day or after 24 h. Please i am not saying that is a technique for every purpose, but is in our armamentarium, and when ever is necessary, i offer it to my patients. Best regards.

Excellent presentation. What is the reliability of inf. alveolar nerve transposition? What is the rate of paresthesia? Thanks

You are right Rocco, the best option is to obtain the BMA (Bone Marrow Aspiration ) and place it asap ( of course in the recipient site).

Berto Excellent literature review to demo the positive results of allogenic bone w the addition of cells from the marrow aspirate. Also, more impressive is the surgical technique presented. Beautiful presentations ( Part 1 and 2 ) Question: How long can the Marrow aspirate be maintained? Does the sample need to be taken at the same time of oral surgery? Rocco

BMP, PRP, PRGF and PRF; At the Edge of Regenerative Surgery
Biological modifiers and growth factors are substances that the body produces naturally in response to injury or disease. The use of these substances in regenerative procedures has made hard and soft tissue regeneration more predictable while accelerating healing and decreasing patient morbidity. This webinar will review the wound healing process and the role that growth factors play in regeneration. BMP, PRP, PRF and PRGF will be reviewed and their clinical applications will be demonstrated. At the end of this webinar the participant will have a good understanding of the differences between these biological modifiers and their benefits.

Simultaneous Autogenous Block Grafting & Implant Placement
Autogenous bone is the gold standard of bone augmentation. Studies have also shown that bone blocks achieve far more predictable bone volume while reducing the need for further grafting at the time of implant placement.

A 45-year-old female patient presented to the clinic with a request to treat her deteriorating dentition that had been reconstructed 15 years ago with fixed restorations.
