Utilizing bicon implants where the protocol indicates 2mm sub crest head of implant position which by design has a narrower head c.f implant body into which a polished metal abutment platformed switched is Percussed permitting the microgap of a. Stealth abutment / implant crown to be placed in the gingival mucosae . Does this system suffer the same crestal bone loss as other implant screwed systems with wider heads placed at crestal bone level? Would you suggest that bicon head of implants be placed crestal or slightly above. Thank you for your presentation If you can spare the time to reply it will greatly clear up my confusion .thanks R.Alan Smith

I just utilized the KLS Martin Sonic weld with new mesh style PGA material and BMP-2 for large alveolar ridge defect yesterday. It works beautifully.
