Maximizing Aesthetics on Adjacent Implants and Full Arch Reconstructions - Part 1 of 2

Description:
The beauty in implant dentistry is that every case is an individual challenge. An ideal implant treatment uses procedures , techniques, materials and technologies that leads fast and on the shortest way to a maximally aesthetic result. This is our goal, in every clinical case, from single tooth replacement to full arch reconstructions.

Gingival Recessions Around Teeth & Implants - Clinical Approach
This lecture will cover different aspects of the perio-implantology environment: strategies to deal with the gingival recessions at single and multiple sites; socket management at the aesthetic zone; and alternatives to treat marginal recessions at already osseointegrated implants. All segments of the lecture made by the ImplantePerio group were backed up by strict and straightforward decision trees created by them to help and assist the clinicians to better treat the different conditions that may be presented at their offices, rendering predictable, consistent, aesthetic and stable outcomes using simple and user-friendly techniques.

New Generation of Customized Titanium Membranes for Achieving Predictable Buccal Bone Regeneration Every Time Premium Member Content

New Generation of Customized Titanium Membranes for Achieving Predictable Buccal Bone Regeneration Every Time
Stable soft tissue can only be maintained over the long term if there is adequate buccal bone. Achieving this bone can be unpredictable at times. The grafted bone requires space maintenance along with graft stability in order to allow angiogenesis to reach all the bone that is being grafted as well as enough time for the bone conversion process to occur. This short video presents of an extremely simple technique using a titanium membrane that can be used with most implant types to create stable buccal bone. It also goes through the criteria for successful bone regeneration and how to implement them.

Advances in Hard and Soft Tissue Management Using 3D Printing Technology Premium Member Content

Advances in Hard and Soft Tissue Management Using 3D Printing Technology
It is becoming rare today to come across simple cases in Periodontics; our specialty has come to face complex cases where hard and soft tissue deficiencies are quite common. These suggested protocols and schematic approaches were developed to help the surgical practitioner visualize and divide the problem into a predictable step-by-step workflow. The utilization of 3-D printed CBCT studies of the treatment planned surgical sites was shown to be integral in patient care and clinical outcomes. Every step is dictated by biology; all incision designs, flap management techniques, and biomaterials used have been selected to maximize the blood supply in the area and minimize trauma to the vascular network that nourishes our surgical site.

Maintenance of Alveolar Ridge Dimensions Utilizing an Extracted Tooth Dentin Particulate Autograft and Platelet-Rich Fibrin: A Retrospective Radiographic Cone-Beam Computed Tomography Study
This study utilized radiographic comparative analysis in order to evaluate dimensional ridge changes four months after tooth extraction and immediate grafting with mineralized dentin particulate autograft and chopped platelet-rich fibrin. Fifty-eight extraction sockets with up to 2mm of missing buccal bone in the coronal aspect compared to the lingual bone were included. Graft material was covered with either a platelet-rich fibrin membrane or collagen sponge with no effort to achieve primary closure.
