what seems to new or special or innovative...in this video?
Suggestion/s: Blocking the gingival embrasure-undercuts using blockout wax(high melting temperature)or any other suitable material of choice, at the posteriors will create a "clinically" much easy to seat template.
The prosthetic tooth's position could be better than as shown in the video gingivally. Supplimental waxing up at the gingival third to desired configueration eliminates most additional correctional steps.
Silicone(release) spray is used over the model prior to vacume forming. If it is used to cool and "conserve time" as demonstrated in the video,it may qualify to be "meaningless!"

Pure Dental Esthetics – From Titanium to Zirconia
The replacement of a single tooth with dental implants, especially when the patient has a high smile line, has been an esthetic challenge in implant dentistry. Typically, it requires very careful stages to create the final restoration as natural as possible. When there is loss of soft tissues, carefully made dental-gingival prosthesis becomes an alternative of therapy. For all cases with high smile line, achieving perfection in color and texture of the restoration it's not an easy task. Currently there are some ways to achieve better aesthetic results, including digital scanning of colors. This presentation describes step-by-step the application of a protocol developed in our clinic. Several cases will be discussed. In addition, recent technologies such as zirconium implants are also be discussed.

Prosthetic Gingival Reconstruction in a Fixed Partial Restoration - Part 1: Introduction to Artificial Gingiva as an Alternative Therapy
The Class III defect environment entails a vertical and horizontal deficiency in the endentulous ridge. Often, bone and soft tissue surgical procedures fall short of achieving a natural esthetic result. Alternative surgical and restorative protocols for these types of prosthetic gingival restorations are presented in this three-part series, which highlights the diagnostic and treatment aspects as well as the lab and maintenance challenges involved.
