Very nice case. The centrals did need to be prepped onto the palatal surface on the mesial to have prevented the small black triangle. That space cannot predictably be assumed to close in the future.

Technical Diagnostics and Esthetic Team Approach
Great improvements have been made in the field of esthetic restorations in the last few years.
This evolution derives not only from esthetic requirements of the patient, but also from a good relationship between the dentist and the technician. The objective of this topic is to provide valuable information to support the prosthodontic team in the treatment of the various clinical cases.
Detailed analysis of the most significant clinical and technical procedures will be described, beginning with the clinical diagnosis and subsequent diagnostic wax up, then progressing to the correct use of the provisional restorations, which are fundamental in the conditioning and correct development of the soft tissues, as well as in the achievement of the functional and esthetic objectives.

Adhesive Dentistry: From Direct to Indirect Restorations
Restorative dentistry has changed in recent years. New materials and techniques allow the execution of partial restorations, direct and indirect, with metal-free techniques and started a true partnership between this discipline and prosthodontics. A good esthetic and functional rehabilitation starts from the proper clinical evaluation of the patient and of his problems, planning all the clinical and laboratory procedures in order to reduce the possibility of performing a subpar restoration. It is very important to have a synergy between the clinician, the dental technician and the patient and to make the right use of the protocols and a flow chart to address all patient needs. The goal is to achieve the right balance between biology, esthetic and function by applying a minimally invasive approach.
