This program is an alternate perspective into how "esthetics-driven" implant dentistry has evolved, and why today it is often essential to combine "pink" and "white" prosthetic replacement to achieve that optimal result. This change in philosophical approach involving gingival colored restoratives, incorporates a new modus operandi and treatment planning for implant cosmetics in the esthetic zone in the presence of ridge deficiencies. Preemptive planning of soft and hard tissue grafts, implant placement, ridge reduction and restorative design now utilize definitively specific protocols for these type of prosthetic gingival restorations.

Kevin, Terry and Tipo; We use Gradia Gingival Composite Resin from GC in our office. As for ability to perform this chairside, yes training is key but we also finish the composite in the lab not directly in the mouth. Hope this helps. Dr. Salama

beautiful, but there is no way an everyday joe dentist can make that composite free hand in the mouth look that natural. nonetheless charge enough to be profitable. what are your thoughts?

Stunning. Inspiring. Clear demonstation of what we CAN'T accomplish biologically and must accomplish restoratively. This is the gold standard until further biologic techniques become commonplace. Lab and in office training can only make this more prectible.
