Какова роль крови и белка крови в восстановительной терапии? Технологическое применение.

Description:

Informative and interesting Video Prof Eduardo Anitua. A comparative lecture between PRF, L-PRF(Choukron) and PRGF is a demand for more clarity over the concept and I request team DentalXP to bring a lecture for the same. Its always a privilege to learn from this platform.

Edison Louie - (12/22/2014 1:39 AM)

Thank you for your very informative and broad application of PRGF Endoret. I, too, would appreciate a side by side comparison of the above and L-PRF in all applications. Obviously, your success over many years is quite impressive and is highly appreciated and respected by your colleagues.

sameh salama - (12/19/2014 6:18 AM)

thanks a lot Dr. shahram.
what i'm asking about is what to take in consideration the centrifugal force or rpm. in other words is the 400G the recommended amount of centrifugal force required to produce high quality fibrin clots or else.

shahram vaziri - (12/18/2014 9:39 PM)

Dear Sameh: you can use this formula G-force = 0.00001118 x R x RPM² R stands for radius of the rotor in mm . In Hettich EB 20 the radius of rotor is 86 mm. So to get 400 g your RPM should be set at 625 revolution per minute.

sameh salama - (12/18/2014 1:29 PM)

i would like to inquire about the exact centrifugal force for L-PRF synthesis. in most papers and as Dr.choukroun recommended about 400G however, if i'm not mistaken the PC02 centrifuge is close to the hettich EBA model and taking in prespective of the rotor radius and the 3000 rpm to operate with, the centrifugal force is far from 400G. i would like to know if my hypothesis is right or not.is it speed or force that governs the process. thanks

Fur Grup; Please take a look at the Video on DentalXP at the following link that shows how to procure PRGF. http://www.dentalxp.com/video/prgf-endoret-protocol-platelet-rich-1121979.aspx?locale=

Fur Grup - (12/16/2014 3:16 PM)

Thank you Dr Eduardo Anitua for this nice presentation. Сouldn't you describe in more detail the protocol of receiving a PRGF?

shahram vaziri - (12/15/2014 2:49 PM)

Dear Dr. Salama: It would be my pleasure to share with dental xp community some of my studies regarding different biologic modifiers. I would be in touch with your committee to see in what format you want my presentation. Thank you.

Real Time / Dynamic Guided Surgery in Fully Edentulous Patients
Implant treatment is one of the most exciting areas of dental therapy. Within the last 30 years, we have been able to develop and discover new techniques, instruments, software and equipment that have made this therapy more secure and predictable, such as the CBCT and the guided surgery, today with the guided systems we are able to have our implants “in the right” place considering the bone, the prosthesis, the biomechanics, and the esthetics. This lecture will show you step-by-step how guided surgery has evolved in dentistry today and we can achieve more predictable results even with immediate extraction and immediate implant placement.

Smile Design 3D vs. 2D: The Evolution of Precision in Esthetic Digital Dentistry
In the digital dentistry era, trials never stop to achieve a full digital workflow to fabricate aesthetic restorations based on predictable and accurate facial guided smile design methods but the existing techniques present limitations in the process of transferring the design from 2D to 3D as they are mainly based on 2D Photography and 2D to 3D superimposition and transfers. In this presentation a review of the available techniques and technologies is presented as well as a novel technique that has been used to design a 3D smile frame using 3D face scans, 3D intra oral optical scans, CBCT and multiple software to overcome the limitations of already available 2D smile design systems offering predictable, more accurate and easier to use workflows for success in analysis, planning, design and execution in everyday clinical practice.

Surgical & Prosthodontic Team Approach: Bone Reconstruction with Fibula Graft, Case Report
Patients with benign tumors can and should be reconstructed immediately after removal of the tumor, if possible. In this brief presentation, Dr. Doñas shows a case where the surgical and prosthodontic team work together from the start and how it can impact the overall outcome for the patient and how certain prosthetic treatment modalities & issues can be including as a part of the surgical plan.

Next Generation Biomaterials for Bone and Periodontal Regeneration - Part 1 of 2
New and innovative biomaterials are being discovered or created in laboratories at an unprecedented rate, but many entirely unknown to practicing clinicians. This course addresses this gap in knowledge by summarizing some of the groundbreaking research performed to date on this topic and provides case examples of these biomaterials at work. The course begins with a review of the biologic background and applications of bone grafting materials utilized in dentistry. Thereafter, new and exciting updates on Platelet Rich Fibrin, Emdogain/Osteogain, Tetranite and Vitamin D deficiency are discussed with respect to their ability to promote either bone or periodontal regeneration.

A Technique for Surgical Mandibular Exostosis Removal

A Technique for Surgical Mandibular Exostosis Removal
Exostosis, a slow-growing, benign bony outgrowth, is a common clinical finding and not usually an issue with patients. However, when removable prosthetics must sit either adjacent to or over these areas, pressure, food abrasion, ulceration, or limited tongue space can occur. This article describes a surgical technique for exdsion of exostosis through the presentation of a case. An 86-year-old woman had soft-tissue irritation caused by abrasion from food in the buccal posterior right quadrant. The…
